Congratulations to our Stylist of the Month for February, Diane Daka! Diane is a stylist at our Westland, MI salon. We wanted to ask her a few questions about her and her time at Lady Jane’s.

1. What is your favorite part of cutting hair at LJ?

I love making connections with the clients! Making them feel comfortable to keep coming back to me.

2. Favorite sports team and why?

Michigan football bc the excitement and suspense of the games is so much fun!

3. What type of music do you listen to?

Mostly R&b and pop

4. What hobbies do you enjoy in your free time?

I love spending my time doing kid friendly things with my nephews and nieces!

5. Clippers or scissors?

Clippers

6. What is your favorite product to use?

It would definitely have to be matte separation

7. 10 second pitch on why LJ is the only place a guy should get his haircut?

Lady Jane’s serves a great haircut with a smile on the side! We always have sports playing, up beat music going and ready to make you laugh and relax!

8. What is your motto to live by?

Don’t take everything so serious ! Laugh a little

9. Why did you become a cosmetologist/barber?

I really wanted to make people look their best! I wanted to be apart of the “if you look good, you feel good” Helping with their confidence to take on the world!
