Victoria Franz, Co-COO of Lady Jane's, chatted with Ariella to talk to the hard-working stylist who represents Lady Jane's as MVP of 2024:
VF: When did you start working with Lady Jane's?
Ariella: I started with LJ in 2021.
VF: What interested you in being part of the LJ team?
Ariella: What interested me the most is I noticed that the work environment was friendly, professional, and positive!
VF: Why do you think you were selected as the LJ MVP for 2024?
Ariella: I believe I was selected as MVP this year because I’m a hard worker. I have a positive attitude and outlook, I can take on a leadership role.
VF: Other than your career, what are you passionate about?
Ariella: My family and the close friends in my circle, laughing and enjoying the little things in life, and traveling.
VF: What’s your motto/advice you live by?
Ariella: Live your life everyday as if it was your last because time is too short, do whatever it is that you want to!
VF: What has been your most memorable moment with LJ?
Ariella: Doing the photoshoot and getting to meet everyone for the first time. Also working next to the other 2 girls, meeting them for the first time, and getting close with them!
VF: How would your best friend describe you?
Ariella: Smart, bubbly, loyal, funny, and hard working.
VF: What is your favorite LJ service we offer?
Ariella: My favorite LJ service we offer is the head and scalp massage.
VF: What is your favorite men’s styling product right now?
Ariella: My favorite men’s styling product has to be the Bed Head Manipulator.
VF: What has been your most challenging LJ moment so far?
Ariella: My most challenging moment was in the beginning when I was learning more skills and how to perfect the best cut, which comes with practice.
VF: What is your favorite restaurant/food?
Ariella: It would have to be Maggiano's Little Italy in Troy.
VF: What haircut are you really loving right now for the fellas?
Ariella: I love the “broccoli cut” they call it, it's a lower taper fade with curly hair on top.
VF: Ten years from now, where do you see yourself….
Ariella: I see myself doing many different things, being an entrepreneur to all different types of businesses. I'm an open book when it comes to making money! Also traveling the world to many different countries, being healthy, happy, and taking care of my family.
