AB: When did you discover that you wanted a career in the beauty industry?
Kaitlin: realized I wanted to enter into the beauty industry after most of my guy friends' sisters would ask me to do their homecoming makeup.
AB: What interested you in being part of Lady Jane's team?
Kaitlin: I REALLY found a love for men's cuts while in school.
AB: When did you start with LJ?
Kaitlin: 2017!
AB: Why do you think you were selected as the LJ MVP?
Kaitlin: I think I was selected for how attentive and caring I am with my clients. Making sure everyone is leaving with the cut they wanted and are happy!
AB: At the salon, you’re on your feet and dealing with all kinds of demands all day long. What is it about this place that keeps you motivated and inspired to come in and cut hair every day?
Kaitlin: To be completely honest. It’s money or the hustle.
AB: What has been your most memorable LJ moment?
Kaitlin: Probably this award. And all of the amazing girls and friendships I have made over the years at LJ.
AB: What is your favorite men’s styling product right now?
Kaitlin: MATTE CLAY ALL DAY!
